Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on 6 September 2026.
Our commitment: Cartive wants everyone to be able to use this website and contact us, regardless of disability, technology or circumstances. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, and we welcome feedback when something is not working.
What web accessibility means
An accessible website is designed so that people with different visual, hearing, motor, cognitive and neurological needs can perceive, understand, navigate and interact with its content. People may use screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, keyboard navigation or other assistive technologies.
Our accessibility standard and current status
Cartive is working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
Conformance status: Not yet formally assessed. The website has not undergone a complete WCAG evaluation, so Cartive does not currently claim full or partial conformance. We will update this statement after completing and documenting an accessibility review.
Accessibility work on this website
As part of our ongoing work, we are using Wix's accessibility tools alongside manual checks. Our review includes:
-
Setting the site's language correctly;
-
Using clear page titles, headings and content order;
-
Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and marking decorative images appropriately;
-
Checking text and interface colour contrast;
-
Using descriptive links, buttons and form labels;
-
Checking that navigation and the enquiry form can be used with a keyboard and that keyboard focus is visible;
-
Avoiding unnecessary automatic movement and reviewing animations for accessibility;
-
Checking text enlargement, responsive layouts and the mobile version of the site; and
-
Reviewing new pages and content for accessibility before publication where reasonably practicable.
Known limitations
Because a complete accessibility assessment has not yet been carried out, there may be barriers that we have not identified. Wix components or other third-party content may also behave differently with some combinations of browsers and assistive technology.
If you cannot access any content or use the enquiry form, please contact us by email. We will take reasonable steps to provide the information or accept your enquiry in another accessible way while we investigate the problem.
Feedback and assistance
If you find an accessibility problem, need information in a different format, or require help using the website, please contact:
Accessibility contact: Helen Tivey
Email: info@cartive.co.uk
Website contact form: cartive.co.uk/contact
We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within five working days. Please include the page address, a short description of the problem, the browser or assistive technology used where relevant, and the format or adjustment that would help. You do not have to provide information about a medical condition or diagnosis.
Assessment approach
The current status is based on an internal pre-launch review and use of Wix's accessibility tools. It is not based on an independent audit or a complete test with all browsers and assistive technologies. Accessibility will be reviewed when material changes are made and this statement will be reviewed at least annually.
Changes to this statement
We will update this statement when we complete further testing, identify or resolve a material accessibility issue, or make significant changes to the website. The date at the top will show when it was last updated.
